A complete building inspection includes the structure, walls, ceilings, floors. windows, doors, trim, soil grade around the foundation, decks, walkways, detached and attached garage or other structures, basement, crawl areas, attic area, heating, ventilation, cooling, plumbing, electrical and hot water heater, all appliances are inspected and the report is available the same day. |

AFTER APRIL 1, 2023, LHI WILL REFER ALL HOME INSPECTION INQUIRIES TO “SHERLOCK HOME INSPECTORS” LOCATED AT 777 FRANKLIN AVENUE, UNIT 9, FRANKLIN LAKES NEW JERSEY 07417.
LHI HAS NO INVOLVEMENT WHATSOEVER IN DETERMINING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ANY HOME INSPECTION AGREEMENT “SHERLOCK HOME INSPECTORS” MAY ENTER INTO. LHI IS NOT AN AGENT OF, REPRESENTATIVE OF, PARTNER OF, JOINT VENTURER WITH, OR OTHERWISE AFFILIATED OR ASSOCIATED WITH “SHERLOCK HOME INSPECTORS”. LHI DOES NOT GUARANTY OR WARRANT ANY ASPECT OF ANY SERVICE THAT “SHERLOCK HOME INSPECTORS” MAY RENDER, AND LHI HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL SUCH GUARANTEES AND/OR WARRANTIES.
